We took a few pictures of Sophie before church....we just couldnt help ourself.

Our friends Julie and Eric came over Saturday night. This is their lil boy Austin, he is approx. one month younger than Sophie. He is too cute check out all that hair. Stevie said that he looks like a minature game show host. Austin wasnt to sure about Sophie....he hasnt been around that many babies.

This is Sophies newest toy and she loves it....It has motion sensored lights and music....I kind of wished I had this toy back in the day.HEHE

I cant believe she is 6 months old. Before I know it we will be planning a birthday party..She is our little angel..She has brought so many people love and joy...

Sophies first trip to Dairy Queen with her cousins Jackson and Dylan. She had so much fun, they kept her so entertained. The only thing they wouldnt share there ice cream!!!! Jackson made a very funny coment he said Sophie had "humungous Knees" (not to sure about the spelling)

MmmmMmmm Good

Sophie and Stevie came to visit. My friends at work said if I didnt bring her by after the doctor, that I better not show up at work. I loved that everyone got to meet Sophie and Stevie. Sophie got all the attention....but I dont think Stevie minded. We went all over the hospital....

Sophie went for her 6month check-up (8 days early). She got 4 shots, it wasnt that bad. I think it just hurt her feelings. She weighs 16lbs 12oz and 24 1/2 inches long.

BIG GIRL

I thought I would share this with my friends....This afternoon Sophie was so ill I was unable to make her happy, believe me I tried everything....I'm not sure if it was her teeth or if she was just mad at the world...I have always noticed when I bathe her it seems to relax her, so I placed her in the pumpkin seat on the kitchen counter and turned the water on, she was out in 2 minutes and snoring....The tricks we do as parents...if i thought it would make her happy by standing on my head I would die trying....hehe

Saturday was a rainy day in Hueytown, so we just hung out around the house and played all day, which was lovely. Sophie had a really good time poking at DaDas face!!!!!
