Our new house

Well we got a new house...Yeah more space and a great neighborhood..We closed on Wednesday. We have almost 95% finished unpacking , my poor husband has been working so hard. It was hard saying goodbye to the other house i have so many memories there. I have posted a couple of pictures below...I am running short on time, i will post more later.

Our bedroom...Still a work in progress.. I have to get some curtain rods to hang my valences.

I do believe this is my favorite room.... Sophie loves it...she just laughs and points up to the bunnies.. if you cant tell what it says on the wall " i love you right up to the moon and back".

Well as everybody knows we are trying to sale our house. It has been on the market since the end of May. We now have a second contract on our house. Everyone knows the first one they backed out at the very last minute. So we are keeping our fingers crossed. Closing is schd for next week. So if everything goes as planned we are moving once again to a house in Sylvan Springs. Just say a prayer that everything works out this time.

Some of our friends came to the river..and yes this is Shane going off the swing..I guess he still thinks we are 19. Kerry was not a huge fan of the idea, but he lives on, so i guess its ok.

I went and picked Sophie up from school and one of her teachers braided her hair. It was so cute. I have no idea how to braid...i was so not a girly girl. So if anyone is willing to give me a lesson, I am up for the task...I didnt even think you could braid her hair its so fine and not very long.

Sophie loved the Disney Store....she cried when we left. We cant wait to take her to Disney. We are just having a hard time deciding when is the right age.

Happy Fourth of July

Happy 4th of July..

We hope everyone enjoyed the 4th. Of course we spent ours at the river. Nothing like a day of Bar-b-que, sunscreen, boatriding and bug repellant..

Favorite place to hangout.....You cant open the fridge without her wanting to stand in it and check things out....Now I understand fridge locks...

Sophie just being silly. She thinks its so funny to get my cellphone and go hide. This girl loves a phone...
