Happy Valentines Day

We enjoyed Valentines at the Zoo. It was fun, Sophie loved all the animals. We are really loving the weather change. I hope everybody had a good Valentines....

I think this is the funniest picture. You ask Sophie where her knees are and this is what she does. She is so funny.

Stevie getting Sophie ready. He is always trying new things with her hair. He loves putting her hair up in pigtails. I did catch him watching a video on how to french braid. Maybe he will learn and can teach me.

We spent more time at the park on Sunday. The guys played basketball and we played on everything. Aunt Madi brought Ozzie and Sophie attempted to walk him on his leash. I think it was more like him taking her for a walk. Dont forget the rocks....Sophie loves to play and throw rocks.

We went to our friends Chris, Mandy and Avery house on Saturday evening. We cooked out and let the girls play together. They had so much fun. They played dress up and destroyed the play room in seconds. We have a good time together. I hope they grow up to be great friends. I just pray they dont act like Chris and I did when we were younger.

What a beautiful weekend. We had so much fun, I think we stayed outside at the park. Sophie loved sliding down all the slides "big slide". This is my type of weather. I hope we have this type of weather for many more weekends.

Here are some of the pictures that Kim did for us. I think they turned out good. Even though Sophie didnt give us a chance to change backdrops before she had enough. I know I say this all the time, but she is growing up so fast.

We went to the Circus on Sunday. We were not too sure if Sophie was going to like it, boy were we wrong. For the most part she couldnt stop smiling, laughing and pointing at everything.

Saturday was such a beautiful day. After we went to to Dylans B'day party, we went and spent some time at the river fishing, running and skipping rocks. Of course the first thing Sophie said when we pulled up at the river was, PaPa Boat.. Well its still a little too cold for a boat ride.

Stevie and I went into the kitchen for just a second...We turn around and there she is on the coffee table, just a laughing. She knew she was doing wrong, We coudnt get on to her because we were laughing. She is just a little monkey....

Sophie is loving the birthday present from her Mom and Dad. It just needs a cupholder..We are ready for it to warm up soon so we can take it for a spin in the driveway. The car is actually in the living room now.....

Happy 2nd Birthday !!

I can not believe my little girl has turned two. Time has really passed by so fast. She is so comical and fun to just sit back and watch. She is so loving and sweet. Dont get me wrong she has her moments....Our life really started when Sophie arrived. I am not saying it isnt always easy or fun, but everyday is rewarding and always new challenges. I wouldnt change being a Mom for nothing. Things my Mom always told us growing up about how we will not understand until we become Mothers, now I understand. She is always what I think of first before I make any decisions. Sophie is our world...I just want to give her all the happiness and love in my power.

Yeah...Spongebob

Sophie is really into Spongebob. So why not a Spongebob birthday. I looked around really hard for a Spongebob cutout cake. I guess you can say we found it, Sophie loved it. I think everything looked great. We had pineapples filled with fruit, chik-fil-a nuggets, chips and dip, mini cheeseburgers (krabby patties), cake and ice cream, goldfish crackers in a fish bowl. We decided to have a smaller birthday this year at home with family and close friends. My house was packed with adults and toddlers. It went really well. I still didnt invite everyone that i wanted too. I am already thinking about next year, so everybody can come. So if anyone has any ideas for a 3 year old birthday location, please let me know.

Daddy's Girl

This is a Daddy's girl if I ever seen one. Believe me I know a Daddys girl because I sure was growing up, my Dad did no wrong and he was the best at everything. I guess I will have to be second choice right now. I dont mind at all. I am just very lucky for Sophie to have a Daddy like Stevie. I feel sorry for her future boyfriends...

First Dentist trip!!

Well we had our first trip to the dentist on Friday. Everything went well, her teethe looked great. Dr Rhoner was impressed with all the teethe Sophie has. She said ,she had a little overbite, but nothing to worry about that 80% of toddlers have it. We didnt get to go back with her, which I think is best. The office is going to mail me a picture of her when she was in the back. I did take a tour of the office, it was nice and the staff was very friendly. We are suppose to go back in 6months.

Sophie likes her pizza, yeah not real healthy, you do what u gotta do. Don't even try to cut it up for her anymore, she wants the whole piece. (time for a haircut)
