We got to spend the day in T-town for the Bama vs LSU game. We had a wonderful time with some really great friends. My sister came down and got Sophie and we went up and picked her up on Sunday. It was the longest we have ever been away from Sophie. I have never seen so many people on the quad. I am not sure if i have fully recovered. I just have one thing to say ROLL TIDE..

HaLLoWeeN 2009

A few pictures before we started trick or treating. We had such a good time, it didnt take long for Mims and Sophie to get into the spirit. The only problem is that Mims wanted to go inside everybodies house. We just had to keep a hand on him b/c when they opened the door he was going in saying Trick or Treat. We have such a wonderful neighborhood. I enjoyed meeting some families that we havent meet. Sophie found her some new playmats.. So until next year Happy Halloween.
Granny as a witch ( the kids didnt get very close)

Faces of our Angel..

Here are some pictures I took of Sophie playing in the front yard. She is truly our heart. I could of never imagined how a child fufills your heart and life, until we had Sophie. Being a parent is such a joy, not always easy but worth everything. We are truly blessed as a family.

Jumping Bean

Yes, this is Sophie jumping from ottoman to couch. She will do this forever if i let her. I try and stop her, but she loves it. I never thought I would let my child jump on the furniture. So I guess I better wait on getting a new couch..

Shrimp Festival 2009

We had a great time at the Shrimp Festival a few weekends ago. We got to spend time with our friends Brad, Shelly, Letson and Lynleigh. My parents were also staying on the beach.. Of course Sophie loved the music and she was ready to dance and party. She actually asked a stranger while waiting for the band to start "our ready to party". He thought it was so funny. Of course all I could think was I am in trouble when she gets older. My parents are loving it,all they can think is payback is coming. I dont know why they say that , I was such an angel when I was a teenager. I am looking forward to next year.

Here are few random pictures from our short stay with our friends The May family during the Shrimp Festival. The kids had so much fun together. They play so well together, its fun just to sit back and watch.. Of course Lynleigh is as cute as she can be, before too long she will be following right behind.
